SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Costs

We offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders within the UK. £3.95 (Tracked 24) for all orders (unless other service is requested) deliver within the UK. £19.95 for Next Day Special Delivery within the UK Monday – Friday within the UK. International Shipping cost will be quoted at check out. * Except lighters which will be sent via courier due to Royal Mail shipping restrictions.

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. We operate SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri).

Items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard (2-3 working days – subject to stock availability and any necessary security checks).* Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the following working day.

The following shipping options are available for an additional fee. Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days). Most packages shipped via this method arrive the next day. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays. All orders will be sent tracked (and signed for if selected). Special Delivery – Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (cut off point for this service is 12.00pm) to all U.K. addresses. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery. Royal Mail cannot guarantee that your delivery will be with you by 1pm at the moment but it will get there next day in most cases. Saturday Special Delivery (cut off point for this service is 12.00pm Friday). Guaranteed delivery by 1.00pm Saturday. International Shipping (Tracked delivery) European deliveries usually arrive within 7 working days but can take up to 25 working days. Intercontinental deliveries may take up to 25 working days. This is a tracked service. Courier service available upon request.

 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Unused and Undamaged Products:

* Products in perfect, unused condition can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date

* The goods must be received by us before a refund or exchange can be issued

* The cost of postage in return directions is to be born by the customer (ie. we will not refund the initial postage charge and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us)

Damaged Products:

* Damaged products can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date

Products Undelivered:

* Royal Mail First Class: we will replace the product if undelivered within 14 working days after an investigation has been opened with Royal Mail. We will confirm when the investigation process has been started with Royal Mail.

* Royal Mail First Class Recorded: we will replace the product if undelivered within 14 working days. All Recorded deliveries must be fully tracked and investigated before a replacement is issued.

* Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm: case by case basis

* Parcel Force: case by case basis

* Any replacement products must be sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded

Packing Errors:

* If the wrong product has been sent it must be returned to us before we can replace or refund it (cost of postage is our responsibility)

* If part of the order is missing the missing product should be sent out at no extra cost to the customer

PAYMENT METHOD

All prices are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: PayPal, MasterCard/Visa/Switch/Solo/Maestro and American Express card via our website. We also accept electronic bank transfer. All payments are subject to validation checks and where required, authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order.
